The Monorail Transportation system runs on 13 miles of beam between the Ticket and Transportation Center and the Magic Kingdom then also the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) and EPCOT.

The Monorail has 2 lines that run to the Magic Kingdom: Express Monorail that goes past the resorts without stopping and only stops at the Magic Kingdom or the Ticket and Transportation Center; Resorts Monorail that will stop at each resort, MK and TTC (route is TTC, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Magic Kingdom, Contemporary, back to TTC). The Tron Monorail only goes from the Ticket and Transportation Center and EPCOT.

Wishes Night Time Spectacular

The Dazzling Wishes Fireworks Show

Stand in front of  Stand in front of Cinderella Castle to see Tinker Bell as she flies toward Tomorrowland during the 12 minute show.  Mickey’s Toontown Fair, Tomorrowland (near Indy Speedway) and Liberty Square are good viewing locations…

Mickey Says..

..If you stick around Magic Kingdom, some 30 to 45 minutes after closing, you may get to hear the “Kiss Goodnight”. There’s some music and castle lighting; then you’ll hear Roy Disney‘s dedication speech.

Did You Know?

Epcot has two entrances. The original entrance is convenient to Epcot’s 162-acre parking area and the Epcot monorail station (the monorail runs between Epcot and the Magic Kingdom Transportation and Ticket Center three miles to the north). The International Gateway entrance opened in 1990 near the France pavilion in World Showcase, providing park access to guests staying in Epcot resort area hotelsDisney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s BoardWalk, Walt Disney World Swan and Walt Disney World Dolphin.

  • Ohana has hula-hoop contests, coconut races and sing alongs for the children during dinner hours?
  • Ohana has the Tambu Lounge where you can sit, drink, and be merry while you wait for your table to become ready?
